HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
The Automatic Re-Order program is a convenient way to make sure you always have the incontinence products you use regularly, when you need them.

Simply sign-up during the checkout process and choose a delivery interval that works for you. You can easily make changes to your order, date of shipment, or cancel your membership at any time with no obligation, penalties, or fees by logging into your automatic reorder account on our web site or calling our customer service center at (800) 910-7790.

You will receive an e-mail reminder 3 days prior to your order shipment in which you can make any changes to your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Elder Depot will charge your specified credit card on the day of the shipment. An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is shipped.

For your convenience, we will send you an e-mail reminder 3 days prior to shipment. This e-mail will list the next scheduled shipment date, the products being ordered, along with pricing and discounts. Simply login to make any changes to your order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground at the interval you select (every 1 week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, etc.). Remember, you can change the delivery date at any time with our new, customizable calander. You will generally receive your order in approximately 2-5 business days from time your order is shipped, depending on your location. Shipping time will generally not vary from the original shipment; therefore you will be able to easily determine which day is most convenient for you to receive your shipment.
