These adult bariatric diapers are constructed with a cloth-like outer layer containing microscopic pores let air in while allowing heat to escape. Side panels made of stretch material extend to fit waist sizes from 70 inches to 106 inches. The AIR-PLUS™ Bariatric Brief boasts an impressive absorbent capacity of over a quart of liquid. These bariatric diapers provide the wearer with greater comfort by being gentle on the skin while increasing mobility and helping to enhance self-esteem. The AIR-PLUS™ Bariatric Disposable Briefs were designed to provide excellent comfort to the wearer, featuring a cloth-like outer layer and comfort stretch side panels tailored to comfortably fit waists from 70 inches up to 106 inches. The stretch side panels include micro-hook and loop closure tabs, ensuring a secure fit while allowing for multiple openings for repositioning or easy removal. The stretch side panels are made from a breathable material that allows for maximum airflow, keeping the wearer cool and comfortable. Uses a patented composite structure of tissue, superabsorbent polymers, cellulose and liquid dispersing materials known as "Peach Mat Construction".

Neutralization of Urine: urine pH is buffered creating a healthier environment for sensitive skin.

Inhibition of Bacterial Growth: Through the operation of the polymers, free urine (an ideal breeding ground for bacteria) is captured and locked away inside the absorbent structure. Bacterial growth is slowed and risks of urinary tract infections are reduced.

Odor Reduction: Through the operation of the superabsorbents, oxidation and evaporation of urine is greatly reduced and/or eliminated. The difference is clear.
